Welcome. I\u2019m so glad you\u2019re here. My name is Echo, and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) with a Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I find joy in laughter, family, creativity, nature, baking, learning, and meaningful connection with others.<\/p>\n

I bring certification in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy, with specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Completed the Green Stream: Foundations of Play Therapy through the Rocky Mountain Play Therapy Institute. Currently, my professional development includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am also a certified facilitator of Love Thinks: How to Avoid Falling in Love with a Jerk or Jerkette, helping individuals and couples explore healthy relationship patterns in an engaging, reflective way.<\/p>\n

In therapy, I provide a safe, grounded space to process experiences, restore self-trust, and build meaningful relationships. Just like the little engine that could, change feels possible one thoughtful step at a time.<\/p>\n
